Interior Villa Aude Vie
The spacious living room, with direct access to the covered terrace, is tastefully decorated. Equipped with a comfortable and spacious corner lounge, sofa, DVD home cinema set, music system, flat screen TV with satellite dish TV-Vlaanderen, allowing you to receive Belgian, Dutch, German and French channels. The dining area has a square table of 1.4 x 1.4m where it is nice to stay. From the living room you enter the spacious fully equipped kitchen: 5-burner stove, dishwasher, built-in oven (90cm), grill / microwave combination and a detached spacious fridge / freezer combination. A Senseo, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a chilled water fountain are available. Completed with a wide range of kitchen utensils.
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two toilets.

The covered terrace is equipped with an electric powered sun tent, a charcoal barbecue and garden table. The heated swimming pool 4,5m x 10m has a step ladder over the entire width of the pool. Around the pool there is a very large sun terrace (200m2) where you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. There are plenty of comfortable sun beds. On warm days it is good to relax in the landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants and trees. He offers you peace, shade and privacy, of course a jeu de boules court is not lacking. There is a sandbox for the children. In the garden there are many Mediterranean herbs that can be used in the kitchen. The villa has no level differences and is therefore suitable for disabled people.

Villa Aude Vie is located in the middle of the Languedoc Roussillon region, department 11 Aude. The region offers ample opportunities to entertain you. Your holiday home is located in a very famous wine region of the Minervois. You will therefore encounter many Chateau's, from very large and well-known to small and charming. The surrounding villages are authentic and picturesque. You can take walks through the vineyards and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The area is ideal for cycling, if you like flat roads, you can cycle endlessly along the Canal du Midi. Athletes can enjoy the Montagne Noire and the nearby Pyrenees. The villa is located on a hiking and mountain biking route, ideal for exploring the region. Windsurfing, kayaking, tennis, golf, horse riding, etc. can be practiced in the immediate vicinity. Cities with a rich cultural history: Narbonne, Carcassonne, Beziers and Perpignan, are easily and quickly accessible (30 minutes travel time). The Mediterranean Sea is at a distance of 40km.
